EVENT OVERVIEW:  The 2nd edition of this event promises the same pickleball community-centric environment, great vendors and sponsors, skills competitions, food and more. Last year the event had 125 participants, and raised over $20,000! All proceeds from this event goes directly to benefit the patients and families served by the world-class doctors and nurses of Johns Hopkins Children’s Center Pediatric Trauma and Burn Center - which is Maryland’s only designated regional pediatric burn center, and only accredited pediatric trauma center in the state. The funds raised from this event will help offset the cost of treatments for patients and families, provide education and training opportunities for our faculty and staff, and fund programs like the Pediatric Trauma Bootcamp, which is a series of training sessions for pediatric residents to practice caring for trauma patient scenarios.

PickleMeSilly will assist the event this year and we are confident our Pickleball family will step up and show a tremendous support for the incredible, selfless, and hard-working heroes of the Johns Hopkins Children's Center. The event has a variety of fun offerings starting with a beginner's clinic, and then a social open play on Friday evening. We get to it on Saturday and Sunday with a full line-up of tournament brackets offering a fun day of friendly, but serious, competition

Do not delay in signing up! Spots will fill up fast. All participants will be provided lunch for their designated event day, an awesome t-shirt, and access to the great group of expected vendors. We may even have a few extra surprises for you...as we always do! And for those of you planning on playing in the 2024 Maryland Senior Olympics in May, this will be a great tune-up for your tournament games.

Come out and have a great time supporting a great local cause...For the kids!

YOUR DONATION:

Registration is a charitable donation and 100 percent of all proceeds support the Hopkins Pediatric Trauma and Burn Center.
